I want 200 zerglings to be able to be walktroughable like using sprites, but without using sprites. I heard theres a possiblity of doing this using burrow but i dont want players to do it manualy but to have walktroughable lings ready from players when they play, so im asking how to achieve this using triggers. Thanks in advance.

Use disabled unit sprites and enable, then order them in game.
Check
this map on how to do it.

The concept you heard of was patched in version 1.15.0. Just a side note.

Actually.... If I remember correctly, there still IS a way to do it, but not with players, but by computers. Something having to do with one square surrounded by water...... and yes, the units can attack.

make burrowed unit, move to square, order to move to that square; the hyds can't go anywhere and are thus stacked. Their collision box still remains, however and are not "stacked" in the typical sense.

Thanks for help guys and thanks rockd, it worked, i stacked 200 lings by the method you gave me.

that might cause lag? no?
A better way is to preplace disabled hatcherys and have them create stacked zerglings at the start of the map, give to comp and move to a storage area until you need them..

That won't do anything.
USS Cane wants something else that nobody in this topic has provided.
The answer: No, there is no other way to do it.
You guys should really read the first post before posting useless links to wiki pages etc etc, when he specifically said he didn't want it.

When he said without using sprites I assumed he meant that he doesn't just want to place pure sprites, but wants actual units that can move and attack.
Using disabled unit sprites does that.

Oh, I thought he was referring to the disabled unit sprite method when he was talking about sprites. I may have been wrong after re-reading his post.
