Most cameras, in my experience, have a delay timer, so you can have it take a picture 10 (or 15 or some preset or possibly custom amount) seconds after hitting the button.

That's because the strap falls down over the hole I needed to look through to make sure I was aiming the camera correctly :P

After the first one, I just held the camera to the side and then took a bunch hoping to hit the right angle.
