Yes. However, you need a stack for every number of digits, then a seperate one for any '1' digits that can exist.

You can stack
anywhere (except where patch limitations exist, but you can still stack for older versions.)
Note that you can also stack just about anything else, but if you stack the title or forces, no one can join the game.
No, "stacking" in forces does not do anything; formatting codes are simply not read.
Also there is
much better and consistent ways to stack text than what people use.
All my unit name stacks are aligned the same. I should work on getting them to be centered
and stacked...
