I agree. That sound of voice seems (at least to me) to be quite popular in today's media, which is unfortunate for me since I don't appreciate it very much.

I like other Judas Priest songs better, but still... xD

Death metal and such where it's the low grumble-y sounds I don't really like. I tend to prefer the higher vocals, probably because it is easier for me to hum along to the song.
I should totally train my voice. >.> I can already reach most of the highs. With falsetto I can go much higher than my mom, too.
