Bleh. Stupid multiquote has exploded... These are way out of order.
Really?? You like Casio? I'm partial to TI but that might only be because i know how to use it. I made a text based rpg that was really mediocre, a bunch of formulas and stuff for chem and math, and a couple cannon and snake games, but nothing too intense. I even had help on the cannon and snake games so idk if I can count them as my own lol. As of know i'm working on a multi variable text cipher/decipher program, but progress is slow lol. But you have to do it on the computer if you want them to run well. Ever play Block Dude for ti83? That game is mah favorite.
Block dude is horribly easy... >< I've beaten it many times over. I wrote a snake game in my Algebra II class last year in one period..

I don't have enough time in my class to write any more than like, 10 lines of code
We actually do stuff in our math class.
So do we, but it is horribly easy and slow so it takes like 5 minutes to do anything and I then have 80 minutes free.
I hate programming on TIs. I started to write an IDE once, but I gave up when I got sick of trying to parse user input. I did make a functioning text editor though (This is in Java, not on my calc.) Programming in BASIC is awful once you do more advanced programming. So I took up ASM. ASM is fun.
It is incredibly simple.. which makes it incredibly difficult.
I've never seen a non-TI graphing calculator. It's not like TI is all that much hard to use.
Is there any difference between a TI-83 and TI-84 other than more memory?
Ti-83 has no flash ROM; Ti-83+ has flash ROM; Ti-83+SE has faster proc. and more ROM,; Ti-84+ has faster proc. again (I think), more ROM, and mini-USB connector; and Ti-84+SE has yet more ROM. That's all I remember (or think I remember) off the top of my head.
Just you all wait for my RPG I'm working on.
I've been slowly working on the engine... don't expect much soon, though. Written in pure ASM.
No TI-BASIC crap clogging it up all over. I have most of the graphical engine done so far... Working next on creating user control and interaction. So far the binary is 3395B. I may have to redo a lot of it as my goal is to make it functional on a TI-83+ (since that is all I have. >.>)
A friend of mine is helping with the graphics and character design and his work is pure epic, so I have high expectations on quality.
I also found out recently that my calculator is a broken model... The display lags so the screen comes out messed up. I can't use MirageOS or any of the games that use it.
