How can I make a unit move faster and what is the fastest unit in the game?
Edit: Btw is it possible to change where a nydus canal links to with Euds or any other way? I'm experimenting with nydus canals. Edit: I already know about this way http://www.yellowchrome.org/glitchfactor/glitch/g80.html . I want to automate the process. Edit: Is it also possible to change just the exit or entrance of a Nydus canal to a different player? Both parts went to the other player.

You can't do EUD actions anymore, so no they wont be any help to you. And you can't make a unit move faster (unless you speed the game up).

Upgraded vulture is the fastest unit.

How does that glitch even work? Nydus exit doesn't have a cancel button.

Well, you could slow all the other units down with burrowed units, if it's just ground =P. But that'd be a bit of trouble. If the units are limited, you can put a location for each... Or if you go through each unit, but they don't attack, does giving to another player still allow them to fulfill the move order command? I think it does. So cycling through each unit might be possible.

Apparently you use a "selection glitch" that I hadn't heard of til now... but it seems useful, and is similar to getting a command a unit wouldn't normally have by using another. Just read the link and the link for selection glitch. I wonder if it's been patched...

In any case, I don't see much use of the nydus glitch unless you want free buggy drones or the ability to crash your game unless controlled in a very careful fashion. Or, of course, to quickly fix a misplaced exit. But that's it really.

One thing i'm not sure of the effect of.... When you give a nydus entrance to another player, do they get both the exit and entrance? What about if given exit?

To make the whole game faster, place a interceptor for Player 13.

I do stuff and thingies... Try widening and reducing the number of small nooks and crannies to correct the problem.

I*m using p15 scarab...

I believe I just read today that p13 caused an animation speed increase, not actual speed, though perhaps that has changed in patches?

Also, is it not better to use interceptors over scarabs in general, since you can place them anywhere...? I believe they'd have the same effect, correct?

Pre-placed interceptors just disappear like scarabs.

um, yes? but this is a method for game alteration. Read up on using extended players.

What are the effects of placing a player 13 interceptor? I now a player 15 scarab increases gamespeed x4, how much does the player 13 interceptor increase?

Once again, I think it's just read it's just animation speed, not game speed. What I read didn't tell me how much though.... btw it was in one of the recovered wikis, one without pictures. you can check for it there to get some info, but the lack of pictures is saddening. Perhaps someone else knows where to find an equivalent?

The player 13 interceptor does nothing in this patch.

Is there a wiki or whatnot that has current extended player unit effects?

I believe that someone did something where they could get the speed up x16, and they had a video on youtube. But hey, I don't know if that was a later patch, but it would be awesome to use.

Actually there is a way to speed up units without increasing the game speed, but it is entirely impractical and thoroughly unreliable.
Behold the speed!:

The 16x you saw was created using a mod being made by Farty called TrigPlug, it allows you to change game speed using triggers, of course, it is a mod.

I've heard of 16x years ago... was this recent? I've forgotten the details... All i know is that it caused many things to be unable to function, fire etc. Admittedly I'm not sure I ever figured out which unit/player did that.

Yeah, now you say that after it's been bumped when it's like 6 months old :P. Not that that matters in any way :).
