Is there truly justice in the world, more specifically the United States?
All men (humans) are born free, yet if one disturbed another's freedom, he/she loses their freedom. So he/she loses some of their human rights of which all humans were born with. If one were to break a
human law, then they are either fined, imprisoned, or sentenced to death, or a mix of each. And by human law, I mean by law created by humans, such as the growing of tobacco plants is illegal. Humans are such cruel and evil race of being that have caused so much suffering.
When is it right to kill? Under what conditions?
PS. [Off-Topic] There really should be a pronoun to replace "he/she" to distinguish a person but not their gender. (to rid the male bias)
Ex.
[Person 1] Hey, my friend gave me a birthday present yesterday.
[Person 2] What did he give you? In this situation [Person 1] does not know [Person 2]'s friend and replies with assumption that it is a male.
None.
If person 2 was half way smart, he would have said
What did
they give you?

Congrats, you're starting to notice how much the world sucks like all the countless billions of others who reach a certain age. It stings, doesn't it?
You have no actual "rights". You're fooling yourself if you truly believe that. If you do truly believe it, go join the army and die for an oil crusade that you actually believe is a war for "rights" and "freedoms". If that's what you do, then the propaganda machine has worked on you.
Be like me, and see all of the carnage, chaos, and cruelty as being amusing.

No. The general use of rights is to force someone to give you something that they do not want to. Rights are only as good insofar as someone is willing to enforce them.
When is it right to kill? Under what conditions?
Depends on whose eyes you want to be "right" in. Do you want the law to say you're right? Do you want a jury to say you're right? Do you want to feel right? Do you want a religious deity to say you're right? Do you want me to say you're right? (Do you want everyone in the world to say you're right? That probably won't happen.)

Is it truly bias, or mere simplicity?

Most people will say "he" before saying "it." The distribution is biased towards the former. ;P
It's ambiguous, and
that's a problem.

No, that's actually grammatically incorrect.
zzz this is just a philosophical discussion. There's no "answer".

That's because we generally don't call humans its.
Actually I think its funny when people say "It's a boy" or "It's a girl" in reference to babies.
Anyway, I don't actually believe that's true. Most people assume the friend is the same gender as the person who has the friend. Unless they get some clues as to the gender beforehand.
And for instance, here, I'm guessing that EzDay281 is a male. I could be wrong, but it doesn't really matter. Just from experience here on this site, he is most likely to be male.

Not sure what you're trying to say, but my point in the post was just to point out that by definition, there is a tendency of people to prefer to one 'correct' phrase over the other - a "bias"; whether or not it's significant, I don't care.

He's right, 'they' is plural.

Sorry Doodan, but that sounded

Usually if I don't know the people that is suffering I don't care. The biggest problem is that the people that should really die doesn't. There's so much stupidity currently in the society... We need some ruler that cleans it a bit
. The nazis didn't do a bad job, they just chose a wrong target...
?????
Saying "he" in a situation where gender is not known or important is correct... A large, possibly unrelated, example would be calling the entire human population "man". (Though I don't know why that is singular... Collective noun, maybe?)
Most languages that I can think of are that way... like in French when referring to a group of people, unless it is
entirely female, you use the masculine "they".
