The thing is, there isn't really an entire list(unless you consider the numbers 1-1000000 a list..) you just have to know what you're looking for.

It might be nice to have a list which has everything (useful). Just so you can see what you can detect, rather than have to think of it. Of course, you can detect just about anything that changes.

Perhaps this can go in the wiki, preferably in its own section. Have a list of things that have been done or can be done that would be useful, then a link to that page which describes how to do it. I know commonly asked topics are detecting the currently selected unit and unit hp.

What's up with all this EUD questions now? There's like 4 threads.

lol! That just means it took too long. I just made it use JS instead of PHP, so it will rape you only and not my bandwidth.

With the modern EUD editors, I don't think they're calculating nearly as many offsets as you might imagine. Still some fancy ass work that I'm sure took a ton of effort
