You further demonstrate that traits that negatively effect the population (i.e., massive stupidity) aren't purged from the genepool forcibly, and aren't hurting our species' survival.

I can quote several places in the Bible where it specifically speaks against homosexuality, here's just a few of them:

Leviticus 18:22 - "Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination."

Isaiah 3:9 - "The shew of their countenance doth witness against them; and they declare their sin as Sodom, they hide it not. Woe unto their soul! For they have rewarded evil unto themselves" (Referring to Sodom from Gen. 19: 5)

Romans 1:26-27 - "26: For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: 27: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burning in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet."

1 Timothy 1:10 - "For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine."

For example, Genesis states that man should tame and dominate the earth. This Christian standpoint of dominating the land has caused wars, and is leading us into global crisis (overfishing, global warming and the such). So quoting the Bible isn't really helping your argument.

This is really what is all bottles down to. I don't see why people seem to think we are truly overpopulated, there is still plenty of space, and resources can be created more abundantly if we feel a need to.
