An artist's depiction of an Extended Unit Death
Which editor are you using?
ScmDraft 2, according to the dump file.

Is your StarCraft instance saved in Program Files? It might be better if you reinstall it into C:\Games or something, because Program Files can cause write problems due to its security. Also, running ScmDraft as an administrator may fix this problem. If you're running an older version of ScmDraft (which is hard to tell, because there's a lot of 0.8.0b versions out there), you can find the latest version
here.
I scanned the map for EUDs, and found the following:

It looks like you're actually just checking for the total number of deaths of Terran Marines for Force 2, though, so that shouldn't be an issue.
To figure out why your map is crashing, a good idea would be to post the crash log here:
http://www.staredit.net/topic/8610/To figure it out on your own, start disabling portions of the map until the crashing stops. For example, delete all triggers and play the map. If it still crashes, you'll know it isn't your triggers causing the problem. You can do this for units/doodads/sprites/triggers until you've narrowed it down, and then only eliminate part of the problem child until you pinpoint exactly what's causing the issue.
