From what i've heard and read, withdrawal is a bitch, i know thats true, but every drug is hard to quit, but which would be the hardest, i hear nicotine, methadone, heroin, cocaine, ect.
what do you guys think, or know?
Video games.
Okay okay i'l develop more...
For me, video games are the worst drug ever. One reason is taht i'l never have any drug, because i do not want to touch anything tah alters my brain in any way, except alcool (wich i really do not abuse) and i can't smoke anyway, being asthmatic, it would be dumb.
SO, video games. Its the world in wich I am the more accepted and liked, since I am your average student at school, nobody cares about me in real life. But in video games, (especially on gears of war 2) I am the star, everyone wants to be with ''The TwB2 Frager'' because I can kill almost anyone. ANd I am messing up my school year playing video games, my marks sucks and i am getting fat... I play around 6 hours every school day and around 10 to 14 hours every weekend day.
So this is my worst drug.
Edit: If you REALLY want to hear only about cocaine, marijuana and this kind of drugs, don't ask me, i think it is stupid to use this kind of drug.

Eh. Not really. I can go for a long time without video games... however if I were to ever get bored at all in that time, then it is a problem.

To take the topic seriously:
I've never been through withdrawal, but it's a bitch from what I've seen. You will feel incredibly shitty while its occurring and you most certainly need someone with you while you do it.
None.
i also do wonder how much of a drug it would take to get addicted seriously.

Depends on body type, sex, and other genetic factors. Will power factors in too. My Grandfather smoked for something like 40-50 years then one day decided it was enough, and just stopped. I haven't seen him smoke in my life. Some people can do that (my grandfather could be a hardass at times) and some can't. As for being
seriously addicted, that depends on the above factors, your definition of serious, and what type of drug you're talking about. If you ask a heroin addict "Are you addicted to heroin?" you might even hear "No, I could stop anytime I want to." But can he/she really? If it's physical dependancy you're looking at, that's a whole different ball game. The dependancy still varies according to the factors mentioned prior, to figure out how long you're looking at, you'd need to know that sort of thing. I don't know the times, having never done anything like that myself.

My grandfather stopped smoking when he realized how expensive it was.

Let me show you how to hump without making love.
Even after going through Boot Camp, I couldn't think of anything but cigarettes that last week. The magical shrubbery is something I don't see getting old. Alcohol is the same way.
The hardest thing to quit, ever, would have had to been my mental addiction to xtc. I couldn't party without it, but I stopped when my ex-fiance said she couldnt take it anymore, when she tried waking me up for three hours, for a total of a seventeen hour rest.

Addictions are for nubs. I have total control over the booze, pot, sex, masturbation, and video games in my life.
Although I will admit that I struggle with caffeine a little.

Its IMPOSSIBLE to give up caffeine. And when you get hooked to energy drinks they tend to rule your life for some time too.

I also forgot to mention my slight problem with internet addiction. ;p
To all you runners out there: How do you get in the habit of running and keep it up? I imagine it helps if the running is part of some kind of athletic program or boot camp, etc. But every time I try it, I can only run for a couple of minutes, and then I feel like shit, and I haven't been able to make myself keep it up for more than a couple of days. Any tips? I would like to be be 100% free of soda, or really really cut back.
