Generally they do not change with the patches that don't up the version number. Consider this patch as 1.15c

I am aware, but sometimes they cram stuff in to the earlier segments causing them to shift. From 1.15.1 to 1.15.2 some addresses I've used for plugins moved up by 0x10.

I downgraded and tried it. All it did was "freeze" SC as you held it.

Reinstall. Its a hassle, but if you dont know how to use Regedit, its better than nothing.
