I don't have a pillow for my bed. I sleep in a cave.

I normally use 2 or 3... One goes like a normal pillow would, one goes on a slight angle and i semi-hug it, and sometimes one between my knees.

I was too afraid that I would sound gay, but because you said it first, this is exactly what I do with my secondary pillow.

I use one pillow. It's one of those memory foam pillows.
At times I keep a few more pillows around me, sometimes I hug one a night, or one goes between my legs, and usually one is used to help support my neck.
Sometimes I hump the pillows while sleeping. >>

EXPLOIT!

I have enough pillows to build a fort with on my bed. But I really only use 3 at a time. The rest of them forge a sturdy barrier to prevent anything from waking me.

I use one to cover my head, but for years I've found actually using a pillow normally to be uncomfortable.

I can get myself to sleep with an old coat and a book-bag to throw over my head (I had to get into one of our cars once when my Mom didn't know I had a half day and went shopping. I had to go to the bathroom really bad, so I ended up peeing by a tree and getting inside one of our cars and getting ready to go to sleep in the back).

You guys are so nasty, putting a pillow between your legs to sleep. Why not just go to sleep using a blow-up doll as your pillow?

I've never heard of such a thing. My mom hugs pillows, and I always thought that wierd... And other than that, I've only heard of using pillows normally.

I don't know but for some reason putting pillows between my legs when I sleep helps me sleep better. But I think I do that because the pillow cools off and it feels cool on my legs. I don't put it up to my @%*! cause I never do cause it just doesn't seem right.

thin pillow between legs benefits your back (and perhaps some comfort to the knee that is on top of the other)
