i use two, one for my head and one on my alarm clock so my body cant turn the alarm off in my sleep, It took me a month to figure out how it was turning off in the middle of the night. I kept waking up late for school.

btw, 1. I currently sleep on the couch because I separated my shoulder and it hurts to lie down all the way, but I kept my bed pillow.
