Incorrect. Nazism stands in direct opposition to the philosophies of Communism and Socialism (though in practice they often turn out the same). Nazism is a far-right, authoritarian "philosophy", Communism and Socialism are generally far-left authoritarian philosophies (though in some cases they are quite "liberal", in the case of France or parts of Northen Europe).
In Communist and Socialist theory, all is done for the good of Commune, the society, and thereby the society gives benefits to each of it's own, according to their needs. It really only works under two conditions:
Things are going well and there is enough for everyone
People aren't being selfish and hording things and claiming power of overs. (IE, human nature).
An authoritarian Dictatorship, like Hitler's, does not really need any kind of philosophy at all, it is basically "I am the man with the military behind me, I am very angry and hate these people, we need to kill people, I say it so get it in line."
Any society can move towards that, but Nazism and Hitler himself actually BLAMED the ills of the world on Jews and Communism/Socialism/Marxism. Their ideas are centralized around an all-powerful leader, like classical Catholicism, and oppression of the individual and freedom in favor of undying loyalty and service.

Here's a new unit: The Maverick; a capital ship killer. It has a very heavy attack, great for destroying capital ships and buildings. But, better yet, any unit that gets hit by its attack electrifies it with static, making its weapons fire much slower. (So, in other words, it works just like Acid Spore) The Maverick looks like the Siege Frigate\Artillery Ship\Terran Heavy Corvette. Well, ok, the thing that isnt that battlecruiser

Its located in normal space, near Orid Ibanna, so vapor clouds and other things from the nebula drift out into the "Eternal Night," as dubbed by the Imperial Space Defense Force.

I was going to do Outskirts entirely on his Spkedit, until I figured out images larger then 32x32 render badly in SC. But I still might edit the stars.
