I tried this:
http://www.staredit.net/?p=tutorials&tut=68but this only works for a short while, and goes back to normal. Did i do something wrong?
None.
Really? The aura should stay in the old spot for the rest of the game from what I know... Lemme test it real quick.
Back, it worked just fine for me... How long did it take for it to mess up?

it started ok, but after about 20 minutes or something.. it went back to normal.

What do you need it for anyway? All it really does is change how things look..
None.
well i'd like it if it works ok.. i tried it a few times, and it seems at different times to stop working, after sometimes 5 minutes or after 20 minutes. Does anyone know of some more conditions needed for this to work (or what i should not do) ?
None.

I really don't know, but my guesses are when a unit is produced or a building is built or you click or move another pylon.
Maybe also when you destroy a building
I've tried all those, and no other pylon are moved. But it still worked ok.
But why should it have anything to do with any of those conditions?
None.

Why are bananas yellow, not red?
Responsible for my own happiness? I can't even be responsible for my own breakfast
Because they evolved that way due to some survival advantage of the colour yellow.
It might also have something to do with vision. Maybe if you lost vision of the original area momentarily, then it'd make the whole thing refresh. Anything that would make the graphics of the original location refresh/reset might have an effect.

it seems to be such sort of thing, i tested quite a bit, and the problem seems to be that whenever i save the game and load it again, that's when it stops working. I'm not sure, can anything be done to prevent this from not working ok? (except not saving and loading)

Wasn't their a way to detect when you the game is saved/loaded?
If there is then you can use that condition to again create/move a pylon.
None.

Every so often, redo the pylon move.
"Parliamentary inquiry, Mr. Chairman - do we have to call the Gentleman a gentleman if he's not one?"

that would really be helpful, so does anyone know about this?
i've tried moving the pylons a few times, but it does not work well.
None.
