China and China government is good place. I'm an US American and was lived in China for 10 years. The China government protects its people and was good place to live. No one is unhappy unlike us fat American. If I was possible I would move back to China.

I think this is being blown out of proportion.
Most people in the West will see these propagandists for what they are and besides, they are too much of a minority to have a serious effect on search rankings and the like. There are a number of exaggerations in the article which seem to have the purpose of scaring people. Perhaps it is propaganda itself...
