You heard it here first.

---------------------
- patch 1.15.3
---------------------
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a communication bug affecting third party leagues.
- Alt-F6 no longer stalls the game on Windows.
- Game now works correctly on versions of Mac OS X which do not support 256-color mode.

Who can disagree with no hacks for at least a week? More importantly, who can disagree with the finally fixed LDK!? Stay tuned folks, because something special is going to happen to VG's league system over the next few days.

WRONG! :P!
I think the pages are filled with too much crap, the map database is weak to say the least, lacking the whole comments thing, hell even my site has comments for news, which would easily be implemented onto other stuff if I needed to :/

According to Alexa, vilegaming.com has much more user activity than SEN. After taking a brief look at vilegaming, I guess I can see why the proposal was made. VG covers SC in a very wide breadth, while SEN goes in depth about maps and mods. However, I don't agree that a merge would be logical; the user base from the two sites are quite incompatible even though, granted, we all know what Starcraft is.

SEN's participants wouldn't carry over. You'd get data and that's it. I really doubt anyone here (not for the pie) would really switch to attending VG instead. Vilegaming and SEN are only alike in that they are both based around Starcraft.

I really don't think they're that commited to this, it would appear that he posted two days ago and not bothered to reply or bargain since...
Possibly just another pubbie from SC that thinks a clan with activity is ultimately better then a clan that's good at what they do...
Possibly legitimately thinks that with the SEN community in arms with the VG community, we could create some kind of StarCraft paradise...
Though I think all he wants is increased activity, and to waste his money.

Alexa is crap. It only records for IE users who have the alexa toolbar. Me and IP have always been pro-firefox, IP even had a button with it, heck I don't even think the site works properly with IE.

That's a very winboatish statement, but I was under the impression that this topic has served its purpose. What in particular are you discussing now?

Dear SEN community,
You would gain an easier to use site with a plethora of features and a better experience for your users.

ROFL your site definitely isn't easier to use :P

Guys, let's be respectful about this. Remember that you represent SEN every time you post.

How so? Only admins really represent sen. We're just community members. If anything we represent ourselves as a community member.

SEN community = SEN.

Yeah, the meger idea may not be good, but calling their site nub is overdoing it. They actually do have more features and functionality than we do. Not to mention their forum coder is active.

Sep 18 2008, 10:46 pm Matt Burch Post #56

There's 2 active coders here.
Moose, and I just don't have access..

And right when I berated their site for having comments like that in their posts. Nice going there.

Please, please keep in mind that Spartan's site is better then any one of the ones anyone here has, except the Administrators of SEN. I don't really think anyone except they have any moral right to talk condescendingly. Thank god they don't, though.

I already do.

Half the time I write a reply and then don't even press the post button because it's unnecessary. And then the stuff that I do post is already heavily revised.

It doesn't. It draws random lines all over and in the Carbonite skin the menus go under anything beneath them ... I switch over to Fx when I get sick of it (which, I must say, really isn't that uncommon these days.)
