As NudeRaider looked through some files in his room to gather information, Crimson Magnum heard the mafia's sound resonating through the basement.

Crimson Magnum grabbed his revolver as he told NudeRaider to come downstairs. NudeRaider opened the basement door and went down first, with Crimson Magnum close behind. As soon as Crimson Magnum got the second step, a mafia that was hiding upstairs pushed him down the stairs.

Frantic, but still animated, Crimson Magnum's shaky hands drew his gun and aimed around the room. "Mine!" laughed a voice as Crimson Magnum's revolver was stolen from behind him and he was kicked to the floor. NudeRaider got up and tried to run back out the cellar door, but it had it slammed shut in his face as a bullet went into Crimson Magnum's chest.

Landing face up on the floor once again, NudeRaider was punched and beat up by the mafia as one mafia fashioned a noose to be put around his neck. Securing the rope to a pipe on the ceiling, NudeRaider was suspended helplessly off the ground by his neck. He simply didn't have the strength in his now broken arms to free himself.

The mafia ran outside and the house was set ablaze to dispose of all the evidence. Outside the house, the mafia Left a message: "A NEW POWER IS RISING." scrawled in chalk on the sidewalk.

Omgz, I just found another clue. The bolded part at the end of the second paragraph points to echo, definately. I had been wondering why moose used the word "resonating". I'm tempted to change my vote to echo instead of darkss9 now, but will anyone do the same with me?

ADD: It would be a very good subtle clue, and I think moose used similar clues against echo when he was mafia in the past.

I'm going to change my vote to echo and we'll just have to see what happens from here. l)ark is still way in the lead and mayor will probably end up deciding who gets lynched due to his extra voting power anyways.

Anyone still deliberating their votes based on the current deathline, note that I may be changing my vote to EcHo. I'll be much more comfortable in deciding between him and Dark_ssj once I've been able to contact him on MSN, and I'm hoping it won't be too late to change my mind by then.

Also, I'd like to note that, aside from the burning-house-down, "Frantic, but still animated, Crimson Magnum's shaky hands..." could easily refer to lil-inferno. The one thing that keeps me from looking too much into that clue is that it doesn't make sense for the description to be applied to the victim, not the killer.

Uh, behavioural analysis applies just as much to the cluemaker as to the players. ;o
From what I saw, though it may be my memory, Moose almost never used a description from the killer's profile to apply it to the victim ( as you mentioned, Hynk was an exception, and although very significant in this matter, not definitive ) .

Well, he's correct, generally clues for mafia are not applied to the victims. (I don't think I've ever done this at maplantis, for instance)

Although I agree the clue is good. I have reasons for wanting to know kevin's role and it's probably worth a lynch, but what the heck. For now I'll change my vote to Kevin. Let's see Echo defend himself.

Yeah, it's almost like I would have been a good mayor. NAH! That's of course silly. I'm clearly being 'too aggressive', as JaFF so cleverly points out I always am. Yep, definately way too much clue intrepreting (more than the rest of the town combined, I might add) and trying to help the town kill a mafia to be a good mayor candidate. [/end rant]
