I don't see any harm caused by guys moving from Maplantis to here.

i dont know... sen was totally ownage a year ago when there were active terrainers, and the clan orig forum. But after it went down maplantis took its place and when it came back sen was big, there was tons of terrainers but then everyone stopped and went to maplantis. Maplantis is better for terrain because it has full size pics on post. (Im one of the few mega terrainer geeks, falconer and zergblender get in their too)

Also maplantis = modlantis.... mod uploads and an active mod community go along way.

....sorry ive been kind of slamming sen lately, its been good and there will probably be a terrain rebound some time.

Ya know Rory, you should check out some of the old terrain posts at old SeN, I was looking through them a while back, and I love it, since I got into mapping late, and I got into terrain even later, most of the stuff was quite new to me.

As I said when Maplantis was first starting, 'it will divide the community even more than it has been already, we don't need this'. With SEN's downtime and IP's absence SEN never got back on it's feet, and Maplantis just slid into its place. At first everyone (mostly anyway) was appalled at OSMap, then for whatever reason you people started to embrace it -.-

We're not so big on the OSmap part anymore. We added the ability for authors to disallow editing of their maps and we delete unauthorized edited maps from our maps db.

👻 👾 👽 💪

I actually see ML and SEN somewhat unified as a lot of the members contribute to both sites. It is those who are completely biased towards one site that make it not true or possible. And we can't forget ML's and SEN's roots are intertwined.

Vrael shouted: Idk, I was looking more for a dehumidifer company which maybe stands out as a beacon of relief amidst damp and unpredictable climates of bustling metropolises. Not sure Amazon qualifies
sounds like moisture control is often a pressing concern in your city

Vrael -- Maybe here on the StarEdit Network I could look through the Forums for some Introductions to people who care about the Topics of Dehumidifiers and Carpet Cleaning?
