May the Left-Wing Utopia come to life! >:D
This is going to be funny.
Lets see how well anarcho-communism works in this.
It sucks to start with a "Struggling Economy" though. :massimo:

I didn't want a currency, so I called it "None".
My national animal? :awesome:
Why "NoProp"? I don't want Property of any sort in mah county! :hurr:

I feel like this is going to fail very fast, but I'll do my best to realize an utopia! :P
RADICALISM FTW!

EDIT:

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt, liberal, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Social Welfare, Education, and Healthcare. The average income tax rate is 55%, and even higher for the wealthy. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Beef-Based Agriculture.
Fuck yeah.
... wait!

NUUU!!!! This has to go away! :massimo:

EDIT:

NoProp's national animal is the Kame, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests
That made me laugh.

EDIT:
Only problem I see is that I didn't want 5 million people with strong police force to contain them.
... I wanted 300 which live in harmony and love their current system. :(

EDIT: Rofl, those issues are harder to decide on than I thought. It's really a "Should I try to be a bit rational or should I just rush on the idealistic stubborn choice?".
This is going to be very interesting! :O

EDIT:
Huh, what does it change if I move from West Pacific to MooseVille?
It has any real impact?

EDIT: And what is an "Act of God" death?

OVERWATCH STATUS GO

Ah okay. I remember playing NationStates (or rather I remember seeing the book ad over and over again) as well but perhaps that was for something else.

Dungeon Master

The Kingdom of Dirty Needles is a fledgling, socially progressive nation, notable for its complete lack of prisons. Its compassionate, cynical population of 5 million are ruled with an iron fist by the socialist government, which grants its people the freedom to do whatever they like so long as it doesn't involve getting richer than anybody else or challenging the government.

The large, corrupt government juggles the competing demands of Social Welfare, Law & Order, and Defence. The average income tax rate is 27%, but much higher for the wealthy. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Basket Weaving.

Crime is moderate, probably because of the country's utter lack of prisons. Dirty Needles's national animal is the Loli, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Needle.

mostly-benevolent... dictator :D

My nation is extremely spiritual, but God only accounts for 4% of deaths... Going to have to make god (the dictator) a bit more angry methinks.

Oh_Man -- whereas just "press X to get 50 health back" is pretty mindless
[05:02 am]
Oh_Man -- because it adds anotherr level of player decision-making where u dont wanna walk too far away from the medic or u lose healing value
[05:01 am]
Oh_Man -- initially I thought it was weird why is he still using the basic pre-EUD medic healing system, but it's actually genius

Ultraviolet -- Vrael
Vrael shouted: I almost had a heart attack just thinking about calculating all the offsets it would take to do that kind of stuff
With the modern EUD editors, I don't think they're calculating nearly as many offsets as you might imagine. Still some fancy ass work that I'm sure took a ton of effort
[12:51 am]
Oh_Man -- definitely EUD

Vrael -- I almost had a heart attack just thinking about calculating all the offsets it would take to do that kind of stuff
