The thing about the Guardians though, if they do 10+1 as you say, the Archer actually does more damage than they do - Archer is 23+5, right? Halved for the size of the spawn, the Archer does 11.5+2.5. So the Guardian would help the Archer feed a bit, but it's not like he'd be utter rape against spawn. With 6 ups, the Archer can two-hit kill early spawn, with 6 ups, the Guardian would need 4 hits to kill spawn, and if the team spawn helped, 3 hits. So yeah, I guess if you get three colonies at one base you could be getting exp from them at a decent rate.

I suppose you could maybe make Colonies cost Gas and a handful of Minerals maybe? I see what you're saying, this *could* be overpowered, but with the suggested stats (250 HP, 10+1) I don't think it is. If M8 has the Archer companions at Level 2 and that's balanced, why shouldn't we be able to balance Guardian defenders at Level 2? I sense a reply of "there's a limit on how many companions you can have". Alright, why not put a limit on how many Colonies the Archer can have? Or a limit to how many Colonies can be in one area, to avoid, as you said, five or ten Colonies stacked in one place.

Spawn started at lings, cannons were stacked and an option for 2x spawn at the beginning. There would probably be more changes but those are the only things I noticed so far

I hear about 1.5G months ago right after D came out. Some guy kept telling me to play it, saying that it was much better than D. Aside from there being nothing about G on SEN, it's skipping ver E and F. It was pretty obvious it wasn't an official version.

Since no one has posted here in a while I feel that I should. First off I wanna say I like the guardian idea, but I think that they should hover over sunkens with zero attack due to the fact that no one would use sunkens if the spores were better. Now on to the bugs of this version, the only thing I can think of atm is when an assassin L2s an earth demon during its L3 the invincible hydras just stay there, so make them die or like the lings l2 where you can kill them (yummy!).

Ok, stuff looks pretty good. Psion is still meh. Why is ED still able to be randomed?

Phantom l2 needs a cooldown. I've had games on 1.5 as warrior with 4000-5000 hp, and got killed by a fairly (for a phantom) low-attack phantom who spammed l2.

Summy still sounds OP.

Any reason for 40min cannons?

For sims, your fractions are confusing. Does it give mins faster or slower?

Propose Assassin change sounds good, although it does suck to have to change the unchanged character :(

AND FINALLY you really need to replace that outdated kills to cash system with the one that lets you change exp regardless of killscore. I'd do it in my spare time if you want. Might take a coupla weeks/months though, considering how little spare time I have right now :/

I will look into that... but w/e the cooldown is, it's gotta be short like LM's L1.

The 40 Min Cannon is to make it more accessible.

Summy, now without the ranged spawn leader, really is still OP. Its new spells are to give it advantages to leave its cubby hole base.

For sims... the mineral gathering Process is slower now. (let's say it was 6 back a long time ago.. it became 4 seconds.. now it's 5 seconds). However, the Morale system is completely different... it affects the # of ores you get, regardless of speed.

ED is still randomed because I worked my butt off of it.. and having a Randomed only hero will be interesting.. I will make ED a 'little' OP. Obviously, later tourny versions will not have ED available. This is due to the fact that a Splashing attack is too hard to balance.

Yes, that is true, Fox. However, it was too much of a win-or-lose situation. Once Spawn Rush is introduced, the other team either gets runned over, or exp until they're hundreds of exp ahead, and then just rape the rest of the game. This is a problem because it was too game-ending, and the tactic itself does not require enough "skill".. .as most people put it.

Before, I neglected this problem because it was more of a tactical choice.. you may win or lose by upgrading the spawn.. But now, since the game has become more competitive than I thought it would.. this ability to overwhelm ur opponents or let them exp like crazy was clearly a problem.

Anywho.. there isn't as much replies as I thought there'd be D: .. but I'm still looking for a terraineer who would help me polish up the terrain.

Can I put in a better kills to cash, so that you can swap zealots with rines, make medics and DAs feed less, and change exp rewards for everything else that you want to?

I think that summoner should either,
1) start with less max lings and need to upgrade spell level to get more max
2) adren and/or boost are only given via spell level
3) health upgrade increases the max amount of goblins every few upgrades (so health upgrade actually does stuff)

to further encourage diversity.

I like the new morale system though. The spawning system however is of some concern. The spawn built from "temple builder" should have a more defined role in a game. I never actually seen any1 build a fire temple (bats). Even if i did, it would just be feeding the opponents. because they aint that strong. It was be great if the players can say "Hey, he built a fire temple, we should counter with a water temple" or something. but anyways great job on the 1.6 so far :O, i really like the new lm.
