I want to adjust the building hitpoints in specific locations only to over 100%. In other locations, the hitpoints of the buildings should be 100% so I can't adjust unit properties for the buildings.

AFAIK, you can't set over 100%. You can set to 50% in some areas though, then set to 100% in the areas which should have higher numbers.

I can't really understand what you're trying to do, so perhaps you could explain a little better (like tell us the end result you're looking for).

The buildings in the specific locations should have higher hitpoints so they're hard to destroy. The same type of buildings is used in other locations as well but they should have 100% hitpoints, I rather not change those to 50%.

What you can do is change the armor via the last unused upgrade (in ScmDraft) for one player and have the stronger buildings owned by that player.

I don't quite understand how unused armor works. It's supposed to upgrade unusual units, but how do you set this? If you go to:
upgrade settings>other>unlabeled/unused>
and pick the last one, only start and max level can be changed. So how do you set it to building armor?

... It works just like any other upgrade.

Change the start level. Every unit (including buildings) without an armor upgrade will have their armor raised based on the start level of the unused upgrade. The max level might need to be changed as well.

Ok so I just have to adjust the armor level for every building seperately?
This is what I didn't get, in this unused armor guide:

What don't you understand? If you give a player one level of Unused Upgrade 60, all of his/her buildings will get +1 armor.

Well, where do I find this "upgrade 60", I can't find it in upgrade settings tab. And how do you set it to buildings only, so no other units get this upgrade.

I do stuff and thingies... Try widening and reducing the number of small nooks and crannies to correct the problem.

in scmdraft it's the last of the unused upgrades if I remember correctly.

Other units will be affected anyway. But most upgrades are already set to 0.
But you have to edit the scv's weapon upgrade damage (it's set to 1... nobody knows why?).

You cannot avoid that psi-storms do 14 more damage (1 per damaging wave).
And if a player owns critters, that upgrade ups critter's armor, too.

The last of the unused upgrades in ScmDraft is this "Upgrade 60". It's like a compilation of all things you cannot upgrade normally. This includes building armor, worker damage, spore/sunken/cannon damage, psi storms and some other stuff.

Just increase this upgrade and all buildings' armor will increase. You'll have to bear with the mentioned side effects though. However most of the damage upgrades do nothing as the upgrade damage is set to 0. Most noticeable is the storm which does +14 damage per upgrade (standard damage is 112 = 8 * 14)

Is there a list of ALL the units that are affected and exactly how much? I'd like to change as little settings as possible to the units. Also, is it possible to get this upgrade ingame? Not as upgrades maybe, but activate it by using triggers?

About unit settings, I changed the ground weapon and air weapon damage of battle cruiser, but there was no difference when attacking. I also changed it in the same way for wraith, and that worked just fine.

The hero BC's damages are linked to each other. Maybe you changed or reset one of the other BC heroes and thus canceled the upgrade on the other. Otherwise I have no idea why changing BC damage should have no effect.

There is no list afaik, but as I said this upgrade affects everything which you cannot normally upgrade. And no, you can just preset it to a specific value. There's no way to change it ingame.

People (including that list) seem to forget that you can edit the attack bonus amount for units.
My SCVs do 5+2500, and I set Upgrade 60 to 5.

The default upgrade damage is set to 0. And since he doesn't want to change anything besides buildings I haven't mentioned it.

I checked upgrade 60 and set it to 255.
While the units show that they have attack level 255, I didnt see any difference in damage for most of the units (acording to that list there should be more damage).

more damage:
-scv
-psionic storm

same amount of damage (no difference):
-probe
-drone
-spider mines
-missile turret
-sunken colony
-spore colony
-scourge (suicide attack)
-infested terran (suicide attack)

you have to ensure you give the weapons more than 0 for the bonus damage. PSI storm (afaik) is unchangeable.

Ok well its a good solution. The buildings are much harder to destroy and all I have to be careful for are scv's and psionic storm.
