Western.
EDIT:
And yes, I pronounce "stock" and "stalk" as if they were both "stock."
Currently Working On: My Overwatch addiction.
Neutral? ;o As far as I know, it is Midwestern.
I can't tell if I say "Stalk" and "Stock" different... It is very subtle, but I don't know if it is noticeable. I say "stalk" like "talk" (extremely light pronunciation of the 'l'), so I suppose they
are different.
Those maps are sooo wrong. In Southern Utaj they speak so differently than here in Northern Utaj. ;o

How is there a "neutral" accent? You pronounce things a certain way that differs from other speakers of your language, that is an accent whether or not a government or official body recognizes it as the official pronunciation.
A neutral accent is when all the words in that accent are pronounced the proper way. Yes. It is an accent.
A neutral one.
None.
