Where would you visit?

Relatively ancient and inactive

Assume you had a vacation, but whoever organized it forced you out of the US (and Mexico, Dominican republic and those other vacation-resort countries)(this assumes you live in US, it's an option if you don't). Where would you go to enjoy yourself, for how long, why, etc.

1) Moscow
Scarily enough, despite going to Russia annually, I've only been to Moscow in recent memory for a total of seven days, and that was with a boring tour. I'd just like to walk around for a month. Ah, well. Maybe in fifty years...

2) Jerusalem
Come on, it's Israel. They've worked hard to power the tourism sector, and I heard from my family members that it's a beautiful place. I'd want to visit Tel Aviv too.

3) Berlin
Germany is awesome. Berlin is the second largest city in the European Union and has a ton of interesting Cold-War era stories to tell.

4) Paris
I know, everyone wants to go to Paris. But I love some French foods - my favorite all-time dessert is creme brulee. With some accents.

5) London
Another cliche - a tourist in London. I don't particularly like the UK, but it's traditionally a very powerful country. It has a unique style of architecture, and I'd love to see any relics at all from the Battle of Britain. I heard the food is horrible, but I'll survive.

Oh, and it could be natural formations or something like that, it doesn't have to be cities. I'm just a city-lover. Though... I tend not to do my research, hence the awful descriptions of 'why' I want to visit these cities.

i don't really like being far from home too much, however if i had to i would go to...

1)Jamaica, because those have to be some of the coolest people on earth. Most of them there are very laid back, and it'd be a beautiful place to stay
2) Paris, j'aime bien la langue Français, c'est très belle et je l'étudie à l'école :D
3) London, because i heard a rumor that the legendary Robert Plant often takes walks around his home in london, and if i got to meet him i'd probably die lol
4) Sydney, i do like the outback and i love the Australian accent
5) I dont really have any clue

1) Nova Scotia
I'm most definitely sure that the enviroment is a lot more friendly than the one I'm currently living in right now. I might just wander around and stare at the natural beauty. Meeting KK also sounds like a nice prospect.

2) Australia
Fun animals! Fun people! Fun stuffs! Fun toilets! At least, I hope so.

3) Korea
Haven't seen the majority of my family for a while...

Eh. I have a fondness for Western history, so Australia (and Canada) don't really appeal to me. They're probably like the US but with kangaroos and non-water-consuming urinals. Though meeting KK sounds awesome. Probably in a Kangaroo's pouch! Or a urinal.

Yeah, me too, but I hate it :(. It's weighing down my average horribly.

We can't explain the universe, just describe it; and we don't know whether our theories are true, we just know they're not wrong. >Harald Lesch

Yes, Berlin is awesome... :shifty:

I didn't think of that... I was thinking like the Biosphere 2, but like somewhere that is actually uninhabitable for a human.
And I wouldn't talk to sponges and starfish.

I want to see if I could survive in a closed and secluded environment... Apparently it is hard, but I think I am reclusive enough I could do just fine.
