I had to pay more attention to how I sit.

Early in the day, I am leaning back/ sitting upright. A few hours later, I am slouched/ hunched over.
I am in great shape, I just have a terrible posture.

I find just being forced to walk around for an extended amount of time whips your back into shape, it is really exhausting to slouch.
