I think they did that one because no one was using it quickly. I think they want it so everything is desirable in early/mid game.

Protoss
-Good change, allows the Archon to be more viable

Terran
-Good change, although I think vikings are still exceptionally powerful on the ground, not good enough to be used to a frontal assault, but a large group of them can land in a base and level key structures rather quickly.

Zerg
-Im suprised these changes weren't made sooner.
-Basically the overall tech cost of the Zerg race was reduced by about 400/400
-In T & P nearly every unit has ONE upgrade than only improves that unit, the fact that zerg had to research 2 upgrades to buff individual units was unnessesary(disregarding attack/armor upgrades of course).
-Corruption costs 75, a Corruptor with full energy can still only cast it twice successively. Ttill, It still costs as much as psi storm, EMP, FG and doesn't have AOE, nor is it very effective. I suggest it should at least autocast like the sc1 devourer.
-Infested Terran costs 100 energy, no comments on this but I really don't think this spell is very useful.
-Ultralisk hp 450 -> 500, Really? the ultra still won't be able to get a shot off before he dies.

Disappointments
-I was hoping for a change in the shitty custom map filter(popularity only), guess this isnt a primary concern for blizzard atm.
-Ultralisk needs something more to be worth their cost, they just die before they get a hit off. They are too clunky, block the rest of your army etc... the list goes on. I mean really, they die before my thors can even start casting 250 mm cannons on them, now thats bad.

I had to buy a new computer house so I was in an area that had good enough internet to download it in the first place. TAKE THAT!
