Apparently I'm looking like a man, because I can't find anything. I'm trying to find something that converts raw PCM data into a readable wave file. I've searched for a while now, and I give up. All the "answers" are links to bullshit programs that don't work, suck at batch, or are 16 bit programs.

Can't Audacity open raw PCM?

Before I moved Audacity I used Goldwave 4. Current version is 5, 4 was from Windows 95 times. I don't know if a lot changed, but 4 was a pretty straightforward audio editor that could open any file if you manually input bits and sampling rate.

Once open in any editor you can simply save the file as wav.

suck at batch
I'm converting ~300 audio files from vag to wav. I found a vag to pcm converter. File-import raw-export-save 300 times is pretty dumb, and I'm not going to do that.

Oh batch! Well this gonna be tricky as RAW isn't exactly standard and usually all those rippers with batch functionality are made for noobs.
Have you tried SUPER?

Otherwise you may want to write a macro that replicates your input.

If I knew what raw PCM data looked like I could write a quick command-line converter for you. ;o

Sorry I'm slow. ;o

If all your pcm files are mono 16bit 44100Hz, just do it like:
pcm2wav blah.pcm
otherwise:
pcm2wav blah.pcm -s -r 22050 -b 8 -o out.wav

Is this bad at batch? (I assumed you meant making a .bat file) If you wanted something where you just put it in a folder and run it and all *.pcm files in that folder become *.wav, I can do that too. :P

pcm2wav.exe

I order you to forgive yourself!

I believe this is solved, but I'll post these links anyway:

Sox : Swiss Army knife of sound processing programs
Download link (At this current time, this is the latest version.)
Commands (You can always try to find a Gui, but I'd say it's better to stick to the non Gui version.)
A few examples on how to give the commands.
Note : there is sox, play and rec.
