Dammnn you totally ninja'd me

I'm good like that.
Oops, this whole thread should be in General Discussion. Normally I have SC2 forums hidden (since whatever genius who implemented the new forums unilaterally decided that no-one would want to have both SC1 and SC2 forums visible at the same time, but I digress) and so just posted in the one that look like the 'misc' forum.

There's an option in settings to have them both visible, I have it set up that way.
Cool, thanks, didn't know about that.

It's BS. Probably something from pre-beta that they later changed. Not even Blizz could be that cheesy.
None.
Given that the game is currently pre-beta, that would be... now?
An internal release timetable was also leaked from China recently too, although that was from back in April. So this cinematic could be the same age.
But I wouldn't be so sure they'll scrap it - it did have all the voice overs in there (rather than text, or random Blizzard people talking), and very few storyboard shots.
None.
Since it doesn't seem like the moderators are doing their job (i.e. not posting it on the news since I've sent it to them)..
i'll post it here.
SPOILER ALERT!! SPOILER ALERT!! SPOILER ALERT!! SPOILER ALERT!!
SPOILER ALERT!! SPOILER ALERT!! SPOILER ALERT!! SPOILER ALERT!!
SPOILER ALERT!! SPOILER ALERT!! SPOILER ALERT!! SPOILER ALERT!!
Well, SNAP.
Activision Blizzard has had a tremendous leak and needs to call in a professional plumber immediately.
Not only was the ending cinematics to the SCII Heart of the Swarm leaked, so was its five year plan, which includes the planned release date of the trilogy, a game called "SC2 Phoenix", the planned release date of major battle.net 2 features: "Map Market", and "3rd Parties", and a game called "Titan". However, the 5 year plan is not as believable as the proposed video to SC2 HotS's ending cinematics.
You can view the video of the ending cinematics here, but I do warn you, this is a humongous spoiler:
http://www.metacafe.com/watch/5624119/spoilers_starcraft_ii_heart_of_swarm_ending_leaked/(youtube videos are being removed by Activision Inc. .. Please tell me if the video has been removed)
You can view AB's 5 year plan here:

Feel free to discuss about the possible stories that lead to this proposed ending.
I for one at least think it wraps things up nicer than the first.
I'm intrigued by "BNET2 3rd party", but it can only go down one route: corporate, so I'm not too thrilled. I'm also not thrilled about their plans to push the Map Market, as it is still one of the most wretched, money-milking plans I've ever seen from a company that I've loved.
But hey, at least you now know that Diablo III will be a trilogy.
... Oh snap.
lam-o cheesy ending tho. I agree. But at least they wrapped it up a bit.

Yeah I'll be real fucking excited for whatever "B.net 3rd Parties" is in
2012.

Just because you post a news topic doesn't mean it will be accepted as news.
I'm not sure how accurate that chart is as far as deadlines go, but I hope Titan is freakin' awesome.
Also, the guy who leaked the video is an idiot. Way to commit career suicide.

Revenge? THIS... IS... JUSTICE!
Yeah, it did seem a little cheesy.

If they catch who leaked it, that is.
Spoiler alert
Kerrigan kills Dumbledore!

They did catch....
they fired the manager of their Chinese department.. b/c that's where it's leaked from.
None.
What? It was some guy who worked at The Third Floor, and posted it on his Vimeo account.

No i'm sure it was from their Chinese department.. At least they leaked the 5 year plan thing...
it's all explained in the links i posted
None.
It actually wasn't. The video is a previs from The Third Floor, a company that does previs work for other companies. It was leaked 3 months ago in the link I posted above.

I was under the impression that this is fake, as Blizzard wouldn't trust something like that to a third party company (for obvious reasons
)
Red classic.

Then you don't really know how business works, do you?
Anyway, on their website they list Starcraft 2 as one of their projects under development:
