wth is starcraft

I don't eat that bad, but I know my diet could use some work. I don't drink soda or sweet drinks...actually, I usually drink only unsweetened tea or water. I also try to keep beef and pork out of my diet because of how fatty those are. I don't typically eat breakfast, which I know is not the best for my metabolism. I eat a lot of noodles, mostly because I'm broke and mac and cheese and Spaghetti are uber cheap.

Relatively ancient and inactive

Today, I ate pasta shells with three cheeses and fra diavolo sauce, ribs and calamari. Home-cooked. ^^

1 cup of water a day?! How do you survive? ;o I need at least like 8 glasses or else I can't think and I get really fatigued (mentally, at least).

Pussy.

....I also tend to stay away from anything that has Monosodium Glutimate, Aspertame, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Carbination, Caffeine, etc...Basically anything that's in the stores I tend to try to stay away from because they're all poison anyways.

Only way to go is growing you own food :D

Yes, grow your own food...and absorb the poison in the soil. Either way, they get you.

What's wrong with MSG (As far as I've read or heard it is totally harmless unless you are sensitive/intolerant) or high fructose corn syrup (delicious!)? ;o
Also, do you not take any medications ever? If you do, then what's the point of staying away from things such as caffeine? Medications are probably closer to "poison" than caffeine.

I don't take medications.

I keep my body full of nutrients and vitamins, and drink Colloidal Silver when I feel like I'm getting sick. ;)

It's better to never take antibiotics or medicine because your body will be much better at handling future illness that comes your way. For example whenever the GF is sick I can go be with her and I won't get sick because my immune system laughs at bacteria that antibiotic-loving people get owned by.

You think that drugs specifically designed and thoroughly tested for treating specific illnesses are inferior to Vitamin C? Did you read that in a scientific journal or is that just some crackpot theory you read on a website?

Wrong, you'll still have antibodies even if you take antibiotics. Most people don't drink antibiotics for breakfast. If you've got antibodies for a bacteria or virus you'll be fine, otherwise you'll probably catch whatever she has.

Bull. There is no evidence to suggest that skipping breakfast will cause any large change on human metabolism (besides the obvious). It takes quite a deal longer than just skipping a meal for your body to go into starvation mode.

MSG is a chemical additive that affects the way your brain perceives taste. In short, it fucks with your brain chemistry, not good. Corn syrup has is notorious for being absolutely dreadful (there is plenty of evidence for this, google it if you must). Those ads advocating that corn syrup isn't bad since it is, "made from corn," or other silly bullshit are all a bunch of lies. Corn itself is grain and difficult on the human digestive track. The sugar in it is in large quantities and hard for the body to process - which corn syrup is pretty much just concentrated corn sugar. This leads to inflammation which leads to a host of other problems.

Antibiotics are typically used in cases that antibiotics are needed for, like say, strep throat. Those bacterial (read: not viral, since antibiotics do not work on viruses) infections are potentially life threatening if not treated. It has no effect on your immune system's function (but it does work a number on your own friendly intestinal bacteria). Medicine also has no effect on immune system function; medicine as you refer to it (over the counter) only relieve symptoms and have little or no part in helping rid of the body of infection.

Furthermore you do get infected by your GF if you're around her. It just so happens your immune system can fight off the infection before it shows any symptoms - which it is constantly doing anyway. Any number of things factor into immune system function; diet, exercise, and sleep are all key factors.

Many Americans suffer from malnutrition of certain vitamins, most of the time it is vitamin D, which studies said the upwards of 80% of Americans get too little of. Vitamin D has been proven to have a significant role in protecting oneself against the cold.

Correct, antibodies will still exist even while taking antibiotics. And yes, antibodies allow your body to quickly eradicate a virus it has come across before.

I love to cook with classical music blaring, it makes me feel like a professional chef, and it affects what I make. I usually get up and make some eggs, sunny side up or scrambled, along with toast and jam and a cup of hot tea spiked with some disaronno. (Cause it makes mornings so much better, the more the better.) I also might have a cinnamon roll if I made some the night before.

For lunch, I always make a sandwich (using homemade bread) and a soda. The sandwich can NEVER be made of the same ingredients as any before. So I basically have to come up with some new ingredient combination within ten minutes before I leave. I've found some good flavors though. (basil+cinnamon, hot mustard+worcestershire sauce, raisins+pecans, etc.) The soda is root beer most of the time, although I wish I could get my hands on some birch beer. (Like root beer but more awesome.)

For dinner, I usually eat a mix of leftovers, occasionally producing more leftovers. These generally range from soups to pizza to pastas to pork and potatoes to tacos to blah blah blah whatever.

ON WEEKENDS
I make malto-meal on Saturday before I go skiing. Malto-meal is the greatest cereal food ever. Of course this only happens in winter, otherwise typical breakfast occurs.

Sunday is Crepe day, where I make a ton of crepe's and fill them with delicious fruit and whipped cream. Delicious.
This is generally a breakfast-lunch combined meal.

The above schedule applies unless
1. I am hungover, in which case I usually try to pick up a chuck-wagon burger at a holiday gas station as I stumble home. (OMG delicious.)
2. I run out of ingredients or am too busy to cook, in which case I usually make a bowl of cereal for any meal.

Raisin-pecan sandwich? :ermm:

Also, what kind of Malt-o-Meal? I enjoy chocolate with extra chocolate.
