iPod classic: Lots of space for music but bigger --> Lots of space for music but smaller --> Lots of space for music but smaller and a camera --> Lots of space for music but smaller and a camera and cellphone

iPod touch: Medium space for music, but thinner and with a touch screen --> More space for music, still thin and with touch screen --> More space for music, thin and with touch screen and camera --> More space for music, thin and with touch screen and camera and cellphone

iPod nano: Little space for music, but ultra small --> More space for music, but still ultra small and with video --> More space for music, but still ultra small with video and camera --> More space for music, but but still ultra small with video and cellphone

Therefore the only needed or produced phone will be the iPhone, and Apple will have its much wanted monopoly.

Yeah, I think that they should just mass produce the iphone and a non phone version for those that don't want to be tied up with a carrier and a small mp3, the nano or the shuffle with some sort of screen at cheaper prices for those who want to give it an intense use like, jogging or working out of something dangerous with them.

No need for the classic and both nano and shuffle there, just one of them.

Meh, both the shuffle and nano have their advantages, especially with the new shuffle (weighing only .38/.61 ounces), but I still think that ~1 ounce when running won't make that much of a difference. As for the "Voice Over" feature, I've used it, and it's just like every other text to speech out there. Lol on the one at the store it was playing the "Ninety-Es" playlist As for prices, it's $50 more for the nano so I'd much rather just buy that.

The nano is like $120 here

The video camera is a cool idea but look where its places... you how your ipod right there. So its awkward to do things. I still dont approve of ipods. It is a Mac's way of forcing you to invest more money into them. Some really does need to make a program to break them, so that they can play more types of music, cause that protected crap is a bunch of BS

iPods can play any music as far as I know... It doesn't have to be protected (and you can unprotect the songs you buy, too.)

Attention Apple: Stop completely altering the shape of the iPod nano every gen.

I download unprotected music, and my iPod Touch and my Zune play them fine. As for the shape; if it stayed the same, why would someone with an iPod of the previous generation buy it?

Mac is just using Technology that's been around for decades and making profit off of it.
