I installed starcraft extra editor and some weird korean editor and they both required their install files to be placed in the starcraft directory. I never use them so i tried uninstalling but i cant tell the difference from actual sc files and editor files. So what i need is a list of the files i should have in the sc directory so i dont accidently delete something important.

Just in case you don't know ...
.\ = StarCraft directory
? = Match any one character (like 'a' or 'b')
* = Match any character(s) (like 'a' or 'bcde')

StarCraft Game Files (Do not delete any of these):
.\characters\
.\Maps\
.\StarCraft.exe
.\Local.dll
.\Smackw32.dll
.\Storm.dll
.\BrooDat.mpq
.\BroodWar.mpq ***
.\StarCraft.mpq ***
.\StarDat.mpq
.\Patch_rt.mpq
.\battle.snp
.\standard.snp

*** - If you have done the 1.15.2 no-CD thingy.

StarEdit Files (Necessary for StarEdit. Deleting these is a cheap way to uninstall StarEdit):
.\StarEdit.exe
.\EditLocal.dll
.\Riched20.dll
.\SEdit???.loc ***

*** - If you don't like all the .loc files (I count 7), you can delete the ones that aren't the language you use. If you accidentally delete your language, StarEdit will still work but some triggers and other things will be missing.

Other Files (You can delete these if you want. BNUpdate.exe, License.html, Patch.txt will be recreated when you patch):
.\BNUpdate.exe
.\License.html
.\BroodUnits.doc
.\Readme.cnt
.\StarEdit.cnt
.\Readme.hlp
.\StarEdit.hlp
.\*.pcx (Screenshots)
.\License.txt
.\Patch.txt

Temporary StarCraft files (Recommended deletion, but not necessary):
.\Errors\
.\*.dat
.\*.ERR
.\*.log
.\BnetLog.txt

My SC directory is full of mods, screenshots, text files, editors, etc. :P
If you have any questions about a file in your SC directory, ask.
