Well, I just got my new laptop for me birthday, and I downloaded SC
I also downloaded SCDowngrader 3, but all of the patches are NOT on it
It goes from 1.08 to 1.14
A little help?

Where'd you DL it from? The version here has everything from 1.05 (I think) to 1.15.1, assuming I'm remembering correctly. I'm pretty sure there's also a downgrader that goes up to 1.16.1; ask FaRty1billion (aka Saint of Idiocy) or check broodwarai.com.

Good luck with your future modding endeavors.

she/her

It's easy enough to build your own patches for SCD3. I do not remember how I added the patches to the list of the patches that SCD3 can use, but I remember that all I had to do was check the other patch files that it came with in order to see what files were included. I then made my own 1.16.1 patch for SCD3, and it works fine.

So if you want to do this yourself, be assured that all it takes is a bit of copying and looking at a different patch that SCD3 comes with (e.g. 1.15.1). From there, play around with the patch adding utility that is bundled with SCD3. (I can't remember the last part, hehehehe. It had something to do with modifying the settings, or *.INI file, I think).

O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- below the minimap should be a thing that says "Overlay Settings" with a little + button in the corner, press the + to expand it, uncheck Use Defaults, then change "Tile Overlay" to "Height"

Sylph-Of-Space -- It would be so so so nice if SCMDraft had some kind of dedicated "walkability" view for the tilesets.
