I'm using StarForge to mess around with disabled sprites.
My problem is when I create a map and play it on SC, it's not the map I created. The map that's played is a map that I created a long time ago. I'm thinking that it's a temp map file or something that's causing this. Anyone got a fix?
(I've tried downloading a new StarForge but the same thing happens.)
None.
You sure you're playing the right one? You might have a .scm one and a .scx one.
None.
SCMDraft is the future. Disabled Sprites are nice with StarForge though.
1) You sure you're not opening the other map...
2) Clear Cache?
3) Save under different file, WITHOUT incorrect characters (Such as a "+" symbol)

I'm very sure it's the right map. This happened to me a week ago and it was never solved. I was just hoping that it would eventually go away.
Clear what Cache?
It's saved in a different file name, no incorrect characters.
None.
Do you know what version of StarForge you have? Try getting the one on my website or something and see if that one works.
None.
Just downloaded the one from your site, still no good.

Try saving something like 123.scm and seeing if it is correct.

Any name I use does the same thing.
I've used my other computer to work on sprites for my project. Hopefully the problem will resolve itself.

Re-install starcraft. Might be a pathing error.

I agree.
I had a similar bug with savegames. Whenever I joined or hosted a savegame my comp tried to load a completely different savegame and aborted with the message "savegame doesn't exist" or something.
However reinstalling sc fixed it.
What if I didn't install StarCraft to the default directory?
AND, I don't know how to edit .reg files?
(Not that I don't, just an example).
None.
There are other registry fixers that allow you to locate your SC directory, that was just the first one I found.
