The UnitID: 13490 doesn't cause a desynch.

I'm not sure of the rest, but my best guess is that it just keeps on increasing by one.

The "Current Player Selection Group" offset (0x005971F0) will desync, but the "Player _ Selection Group" offsets will not. (Starting at 0x006284D0 for player one, incrementing by 0x30—or one unit ID—for each player.)
