I'm In!
wait, since we have to have the map started before the contest, does it have to have a lot of alcohal, or a does it need a lot?
Cause all i have to do is just modify one of my untitled maps into a alcohal defense map [since it was started without a name]

Topic is lame IMO.
But i'll enter anyway. Sign me up.

I read this right after taking an organic chemistry exam, so alcohols (aka molecules with hydroxyl groups) will definitely make their appearance from me, even if I haven't made a map in over a year as well. Count me in
FooFighters, read the rules. The map has to be started after the announcement date. Besides, a normal game with a bunch of stuff renamed is not really the purpose of the themed contest.

Oh I suppose that I'll do one of these =) LESK YOU'RE GOIN DOWN! ^_^

Already got a kickass idea, which will probably be duplicated by others. Oh well, it's summer, so I'm in.

I would like to enter this interesting contest

I think it fits the theme if you're just really hammered while your making it.
Expect elephants on parade.

Thanks fritfrat. FooFighter, if you merely rename units, it probably won't score very well in originality and theme.

Umm... It MIGHT fit the theme...
But, I think you mean:
BULLS ON PARADE!
Eh, well, might as well join, I haven't mapped since I before I switched to XP. I had been running 98 until recently.

Orly? We just started this section today. Meth, Eth, Pro, Penta, Alkynes, Alkalines, and some other one.
Organic Chemistry FTW!

I'm in college though, so I literally had no life for about a week straight studying for my orgo final O.o Alcohols show up sometimes, but usually only as an example of a polar protic solvent in reaction mechanism problems or when we use it in the lab... I promise my map won't be too nerdy though

Why are teams allowed? That gives a slight advantage over some people.
Not in skills but in progress.

But it also adds the challenge of keeping the team together.

Sign me up, but I don't expect much.

Seeing as though the old contests like in v4 this gave us 1 week's worth of time and we have almost a couple months this time, I don't think it's going to be an issue. Unless you're making some epic huge game (which no one does anymore, especially with an alcohol theme), this time frame should be long enough that team's ability to progress wouldn't make much of a difference.
