It's also worth noting that you can register your CD key on there so you can verify you own a game, lets say like starcraft, and download it from there whenever you wish. So sign up and register your cd keys.
Its definitely a step in the right direction for blizzard.

So this means if your CD is a piece of shi-, you can send in your CD Key online and they give you another, via internet? I don't really see the purpose of this, with the new patch, if done correctly, you don't need the CD to play the game.
