I got into the main menu of SC2 without a beta key. I can create games and watch replays, the only problem is... I don't have any maps or replays. (I guess the maps are downloaded once you login to b.net) if anyone wants to PM me a map that would be awesome.

So who besides you have been working on this?

Nvm, over 300 people in the IRC. At the moment, the problem seems to be that replays and maps populate the list differently, and they can't get the map one to populate. Yet.

Wish I could help...

I am betting its going to be only injected online or something, They need a way to save their money maps ><! Its going to be you will need to log in and, its going to be like uploading a picture to facebook! I might be wrong.

This is turning out to be so dang awesome, that I think I'm going to actually buy SC2. I just won't have time in college for jack-shit that is modding related. Gah. I'll melee I guess. Dang..

Looks like my SC1 knowledge is just about out-dated. Don't know if I should be happy or not. Hmmm......

There are 16 playable players, but you can have 32 computer players in a map.
At least according to the Galaxy script.
