I think they were modified off the certification test...anyways, the test built upon itself. 'why?' 'Because that's the largest number. I had a science teacher where if you showed up for class every day you'd take a 10 pt test on that day's lecture. If you didn't show up, you have to take a much harder exam to make up the points.
