In unit settings, there is a Terran hero called "Gerard DuGalle (Ghost)". When placing him on the map, it shows a battlecruiser, not a ghost. Also, if I try to place one using a trigger, it doesn't do anything - I don't get any DuGalles. What's up with this unit?
None.
DuGalle is not normally placeable in StarEdit, so you cannot create him via triggers, the reason they say (Ghost) next to his name is because his portrait was used as a ghost character in the campaign, and that's also the only reason there's a unit for him, because they needed him for the mission briefings of the campaign.

Yeah, I was thinking about that as I reread my post, but I just left it at that
I really have no idea why there is a (ghost) next to it, but I was right about how it was made for use in the mission briefings. Of course, Raszagal also has (dark templar) next to it, and she's actually a corsair, maybe that's where I got the idea that the DuGalle portrait was meant to look like a ghost..
None.
Also, it's weird how dugalles and ragazel's attacks are all fuxed up. They never just keep the value you try to give them in the editor.

It's always worked fine for me..

They share attack values with other units. Both of the "extended" Battlecruiser units (Dugalle and Arcturus) share their attack values with the other hero BCs. I don't recall which goes with which. Raszagals is tied to the regular Corsair. These tied units will always have the same attack value as their partner unit.
None.
Where is this? I've never come across this before. Are you using StarEdit or something else?

Just who is this question directed at? What is "this" which you have never come across before?
None.
I guess I should've been a little more specific, but I totally thought it would be quite obvious.

That is "this". I've not come across this before. I'm asking if he's using a 3rd party editor, or the real editor, because I haven't seen this before.

That unit and others are not available in Staredit. They are available in X-tra, SCMD2, SF, and others.

For clarification, the Norad II, Mengsk and Dugalle all share the same weapon entry.
They probably made the unit a ghost. Then they thought they'd need it for some campaign cinematic and changed it to a BC but didn't bother to edit its name.
?????
Actually DuGalle is a ghost but they changed the unit to BC because battle cruisers are awesome. Duh.
