I use Tide, because I'm a pretentious d-bag.

Also because of the tide pod things. And I wash with the free & clear booster pods... I'm so lazy xD.

👻 👾 👽 💪

I usually go for what's cheapest :P
I got Tide once and an actual brand is definitely superior (dissolves better, and less useless bulk), but I'm too cheap for that always.

I always just get the boxes of powdered detergent. :O I don't really have a reason other than it's what I have always used.

Tide is about the only company who's scent is not overpowering when I use it in the wash.

Just about every brand makes a hypoallergenic version that doesn't have dyes or perfumes. Even cheer (which comes in like two varieties).

Most of the small containers are like $6.

$6 I'm going to feel obligated to finish using even if it gives me a headache every time I put on a new shirt.

We live in a society.

Has anyone here tried making their own laundry detergent? I haven't tried it, but I hear it's pretty cheap (depending on what you use) and that you have a lot of control over the scent.

wth is starcraft

I've heard of it but that it isn't as successful at getting stains out.
