Its worst because they use any the excuse of "National Security" to take down any site and person as with the sopa bill it was purely for piracy which isn't as broad. A great comparison was the classification of "terrorist" since it was hard to decide since if you believed in what they thought was right then there a freedom fighter if you don't they are a terrorist.

I don't really see this as being worse. CISPA allows the government to spy on your personal correspondence online. SOPA allowed private companies to shut down entire websites if they saw something of theirs illegally hosted on it. To me, giving private companies the power to shut down whatever they want is far worse. I already assumed that the government spied on our emails (including the fact that considering government agencies can get a subpoena to see them as is), so I guess this would just make it official.

I wouldn't be surprised if this bill was their fallback plan in case SOPA/PIPA didn't go through, although considering the lulzy nature of the response by the MPAA/RIAA, I doubt they have the brian power to come up with something so elaborate.
