Someone on the opposing team once accused me of using macros when I was playing Ryze. I can understand how someone might come to that conclusion, though. For example, when I'm mid against Annie, if they try to set off the stun with the fireball, often I can cast overload, rune prison, and spell flux before the fireball hits to stun me, then overload again before they get away, killing or severely damaging them.
This one made me pause and think hard. How can someone be that bad?
Their Vayne was against me mid. She tower dove me at level 4. She had less than half health and I was at 1/5th. She somehow didn't manage to get off one final shot before ignite/tower and my Q/E killed her. I'm still scratching my head about that one. Then she decided it was a good idea to take me on when we both got back (I bluepilled after her failed dive). I killed her and used her ghost with nunu's help to smash down her turret.
The entire enemy team was thanking Vayne for the loss at the end. I don't blame them. But their Leona could use some work, too.
Related to raping everything, how the hell do you counter Sion? His move speed and AS/AD is so ridiculous; he literally eats me alive, even if I have 150+ armor. Cryptic Gaze and like three hits and I'm gone.
Gangplank was a fairly good counter, not so sure now. You need something that will force him to low HP when he is not near anything he can life steal off (This is early laning phase were talking), such as a good burst, or a very nice poke. Trist and MF work wonders when he tries to life steal though. Also Exhaust.

Sure I didn't pop off on SCBW like I wanted to, but I won VRChat. Map maker for life.
Oh_Man -- its not like there's some gauranteed way of 'do this to quit smoking', etc, failure rates are still high and there doesnt seem to be a silver bullet, with different things working for different people
