I like self-effacing humor because it is mostly a joke. The moment someone else gets in on it, there becomes a fine line between being in on the joke/going along with it, or being a dick. Which one should I classify your post as? I'm guessing the former, but I figured I'd clarify.

I own about 25 champs, so I'm not great with all of them. I am good with a handful, and some I'm consistently good with in the games I've played. I'm not nearly as bad as I've been claiming, which is what makes it a joke to me. I'm honestly more okay with the one-use-only rule than I'm making it seem, I just like the consistency and strategy of Triple.

And seriously, when did you bring up the more than twice idea before?

Alright, so we've got 22 people to date. I'm going to try to push us towards say.. At least 24. 32 would be phenominal, but I don't see it happening yet. After we hit 24, we'll give it three days for more signups, and issue a ready check from there.

Magma Chamber is supposed to be 6v6...we could then have a real 5v5 with an observer for each team.

Except for the fact that Magma would be balanced for 5v5...

I think everyones too bent towards 5v5 that they forget that the game can be played other ways. Personally, in my own opinion, a 3v3 or 4v4, or 6v6 would be more balanced then a 5v5, simply because of lane balance. 5v5 is enacted to save time, 'cause that dude in the middle can kill people easier and get the team faster up to speed, or the jungler can gank like a madman.

I know nobody wants Twisted Treeline, and I definitly didn't say that if we did 3v3 that it'd be TT, thanks Poison for beating me to the punch on that one. The current way things are going is that we need a decent number of teams, and if that means cutting down team sizes, then thats what that means. When we do our second or third and get 40 people to join us then yeah, we'll hit up 5v5 straight out.

Is there going to be a final bracket or is this just "Everyone plays x games and whoever wins the most wins the tournament"?

Top 10 could be randomly placed into two teams of 5, and that could be the finals, perhaps. Or even the top 2 could be the "team captains" that can choose their team of 5 to go against each other.

The problem of this tournament... but it will be fun anyways.

If it does start this weekend we will need to get a schedule up by tomorrow so everyone knows when they are playing and who they are playing with. Also, it would hopefully give everyone a chance to practice with their team a bit.
