I tried the search feature, but no fruitful results showed up. So here it goes:
Is there a way to put the unused / hidden missions in StarCraft (downloadable via Google surfing) amongst the actual missions?
What I'm saying is, is there a way to put one of the maps in the list that shows up when I click on the Zealot / Marine / Hydralisk in the main menu?

As I understand it from the little bit of research I just did, the secret and hidden missions were only included on very early release discs. They probably don't exist in the MPQ file of more recently released StarCraft discs.

You can probably download fan-made versions of some of them and/or download the real versions ripped from the MPQs on fansites.

I have a CD with an INSTALL.EXE (where all the CD data is stored) from 03-27-1998.
... It has the same campaign files as my later CD.

I do stuff and thingies... Try widening and reducing the number of small nooks and crannies to correct the problem.

I'm not a real modder, but as far as I know, you cannot do this.
Anyway, you have the chance to play these missions with the "custom game" and its "use map settings" feature.
As mentioned, you would need to extract or download these missions.
As a side note, there are some SCBW bonus missions that were published in the N64 (?) version of SC. There are some rebuilds of that maps existing.

As far as I know there are no unused missions.
There are alternative missions in Starcraft Shareware and Starcraft 64 however.
