It's probably just me who suck at answering its questions. Pretty impressive though.
I remember having something similar included in some Christmas calendar game thingy once, just that it was with cards. It showed you four different cards and you were supposed to think of one of them. Then after some seconds it would show what card you were thinking of. You didn't have to click anything, just think of one of them, and still it was right almost 100% of the time! Never figured out how it worked

The calendar is just math, since you probably had to rearrange the cards in some order/do something based on your card.
