I got this when trying to sign in first time today:
Warning: include(cached_ips.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/starlite/public_html/scripts/login/login.php on line 165
Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening 'cached_ips.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/starlite/public_html/scripts/login/login.php on line 16

Not really a problem but SEN should accept url's with no trailing forward slash and/or get a real 404 (and maybe other errors?) handler. I go to just
http://www.staredit.net/forums quite often and it 404's. I'm not totally familiar with webserver settings etc. but I've never seen a site that required the trailing forward slash.
Edit: didn't notice I was the last to post in here...
Edit 2: I was trying to post a reply in another thread but it kept saying there was no text. I tried to preview my post and nothing was shown. I narrowed the problem down and found a minimal piece to reproduce the problem and it seems including this in my post would make the whole post empty:

When I log in from the
normal login page, I am taken to an error page -- normal header and these PHP errors. The errors are printed above the header (which displaces the header, but not an absolutely-positioned image that was part of it). Apparently, the navmenu is positioned absolutely as well, so it overlaps with the third error message.

Obviously, the login works just fine... The result page, on the other hand, is a little screwy.
I would also consider the usage of (and need for) absolutely-positioned layout elements to be a bug too, but that isn't a priority, nor should it be.
None.
In your Settings-Panel there is outdated text, under the section "Navigation", I underlined the wrong text-parts red.
EDIT:
On every skin at the page on which you get after clicking on "Settings", there is a %-row for global-space and messages, but the numbers on the right side got a line-break, I think you didn't want it to be like that. Screen (see red box):

The pictures in Sunken Treasure in the DLDB link you to
http://www.staredit.net/files//, instead of the map they're a picture of.
None.
Got to add something there:
only those who got the default map-icon (scx, scm) (same for sound programs and so on)
Also, not only at the sunken treasure, it's the same in the whole DLDB.

On each forum (the main forum page with a list of topics), one section says Starter/Time, but only the starter is displayed. I am on FX and I am using the Carbonite skin.

Moved unread topics don't turn read when you read them. You have to mark the whole forum as read to make them as such.
ADD:
Cannot send PMs to a clan if a single person does not have PM space. I cannot even save a draft.

This is REALLY fucking annoying. Please fix IP
Doesn't seem to be - unless it's the type of fix that will only apply to new threads...
would only apply to new topic moves

When someone is writing a post in a topic for over 15 minutes, they disappear at the bottom of the topic's pages from the "users browsing this forum" list. I'm sure this bug was foreseen during coding, but since it isn't really a problem, it's easier to ignore it than to fix it. Just wanted to bring it up anyways.

Its not a bug. The webserver doesn't know when you are still on the page, it only knows when you load a page... Its a list of users "active in the last 15 minutes"

If you have a smiley as the last thing in a comment on a DLDB item, and your comment is short enough to be completely seen, it looks like the smiley eats the [ bracket from the More, and it's not a link anymore.

Carbonite isn't placed right when you're in global shoutbox. I'm using IE8.

I'm sorry to say that but use FireFox, I will not waste my time making everything work for internet explorer as the browser itself... sucks.
