Well, this is a basic topic about what you eat, what you'd like to change, worries, etc.

Personally, I'm not a healthy eater. My breakfast is where I fall far behind where I think I should be. I eat one of those bad microwavable pizzas for breakfast. I sometimes go to Starbucks before/after school (rarely, though - when something messes up my schedule and I have free time, like when I had three hours to kill between school and my college interview), where I grab a mocha and, if its breakfast, one of their yogurts (I don't know how 'healthy' it is, but it's rather awesome). For lunch, it's something like lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs, rice, or cutlets (there's some variety, but not that much). For dinner, when I eat it (depending on how much I had for lunch) it's basically the same as lunch, with the notable addition of Kasha with milk. I make a salad and eat several oranges (I love oranges, and mandarin oranges. And blueberries) once a week (not necessarily all at once).

I drink mostly water, but enjoy apple/orange juice, chocolate milk and Kefir. I sometimes make coffee before school (if I need to stay awake to study on the bus, mostly) or closer to the evening.

I don't usually eat desserts, as I'm actually trying to lose weight. I love 'em, of course (alas, a few years ago I could eat what I want and stay thin :(), but I cut back a bit. I'm currently 6"2 at 182lbs, aiming at 175.

So, yeah. I don't usually eat fast food and have eaten maybe one normal burger (apart from what we BBQ'd ourselves) and three chicken burgers in my life. And I don't actually exercise, and didn't even have a gym class this term. :teach:.

Breakfast?
I am on vacation, I don't wake up for breakfast. I skip it and wake up at around 11:30-12:00. 1:00 is lunch time for me. I eath, whatever they cook, there's no habit of eating something specificly each day or so, and if there was, I'd hate it cause I get bored of eating the same. Lunch menus include, meat cooked in like 5 different ways, chicken cooked in different ways too and on the side of those usually rice, mashed potatoes or when they're lazy, just potatoes. Usually they also make salads but I don't take any because they serve it AFTER the meal... To drink, natural refreshments, made with fresh salvadorean just picked up fruits (They go to the market everyday), they include, pineapple juice, lemonade <3, lemonade <3, "salad" juice, carambola juice, papaya, tamarindo (though it's not a fruit), strawberry, watermelon, you get the point.

Dinner we usually have beans and fried platains, like 3 days a week, and I hate it because I'm bored of platains, though, there are some days that they change and do stuff like sandwhiches or they bring in pupusas.

Weekends are just another deal.
On saturdays we have a barbecue and at night we randomly pick a fast food restaurant and go out. Random on sunday's break fast and dinner (we only eat twice on sundays).

WHEN I AM IN UNI, HOWEVER,

I love having breakfasts, I'd totally eat only breakfast for the whole day and not eat the other two times, which is why I want to change this sleeping disorder in vacations to wake up for breakfast.
Menu includes, eggs, melted cheese, beans cooked in like 3 different ways, toasts, garlic bread, cereal, cereal <3, pupusas, blah blah [insert breakfast food here]

Lol poor overweight 6''2' guy, i'm pretty sure you are exactly in your healthy weight, proof: I'm healthy enough (can't do outstanding marathons, but meh) and i'm 6''4' and weight 260-something.

Oh, I eat poutine, my province's official meal :D

I eat BLT sandwiches, breakfast burritos, milkshakes, thai food, and the occasional chow mein. Its working quite well for me actually.

I eat a lot of bread with cheese (maasdamer!) and homemade sausage. No sweet toppings usually.
And I eat a lot of noodles. Usually either cheese noodles or Spaghetti Bolognese. But also Lasagne sometimes.
And then there's cutlet with fries.

But generally there's pretty much nothing I wouldn't eat except fish. Well at least fish that tastes like fish. Fish fingers are yummy, for example.

Breakfast: usually a cereal, some fruit and green tea.

Lunch & dinner: the main course varies from oven-heated pizza from Lidl to self-made chicken curry. I almost certainly eat meat at least once a day whether it be sausages, chicken or anything else. Not a big fan of fish. All followed by loads of fruit and probably green tea/milk. I love green tea. It makes my stomach happy. May or may not involve some dessert like muffins/etc.

For supper I sometimes try to eat lighter food like for breakfast, but if I'm hungry I'll just have another full-scale meal like lunch/dinner.

I generally eat loads of fruit and milk/flour/wheat products such as pasta (carbo!), not much bread, though. I get frustrated when there is less than 3 types of fruit in my house at any time. I'm not a big fan of fast-food, but I do enjoy a good sub from time to time. Favoripe place to eat out is probably noodlebox... nomnomnom nooooodles.

I don't really eat at any specific time, just when I'm hungry. Usually I just make a ham sandwich or cook up a sausage and rice. I don't really have any drinks other than water ('cause having 4 cases of water delivered to your house a month is awesome). For my "lunch" breaks, at school (between lecture+lab), I often eat at fast food restaurants, but have been trying to go home to eat when time permits. My metabolic rate is pretty high which lets me eat whatever and I bike ten miles about once a week or so to burn any extra calories that may or may not have built up. Some weeks I bike more than others, no real rhyme or reason. I weigh around 150 (haven't weighed since christmas but I dont think it's changed since) and am 6'.

Lately I've been having a fair amount of chinese food though.

I do stuff and thingies... Try widening and reducing the number of small nooks and crannies to correct the problem.

I mostly eat junkfood (someone special said me that I should eat that more often).

I eat 2 times hot food per day + breakfast when I have to wake up early...
In addition to that I don't drink water. Mostly cola & milk. But in summary I am only drinking 1-2 l a day.
The only sport I'm doing is riding my bike to university (-> ~55 minutes / university day).

The summary of my food intake is that I don't gain weight :(
(I'm really underweighted (20 kg missing).)
Maybe because that I only eat 2-3 times a day and I rarely eat sweets.
But I know someone who eats only 1 time per day (I guess he doesn't do anything else than driving his car, sleeping, sitting).

Fries with "Schnitzel" was my last favorite...

In short:
I'm eating totally unhealthy and don't gain weight.
I guess some people would kill me for that (or tinker with my DNA).
