No. In shoutbox you just can say that you missunderstood/misspelled or seomthing like that.
Edit function @ shoutbox would be a waste of admins time.
Well, a "search shouts by USERNAME" feature would be cool.

IP suggested just making the numbers in the replies column links which would replace what those stupid stars do. He thought it would be ugly, but I don't think so. I think it would be much better than the stars.

With a bit of number editing you can add Karma for your own posts, it doesn't add it to your main Karma, but it changes the side number.

I like it the way it is. It tells you who posted and how many times. Now all he needs to do is make clicking on a given name in that pop up window, bring you to all that users post in the specific thread.
