That's Deep Six. I think it is Legacy of Haean, but I am unsure about that. The download for Deep Blue is here.

Sorry. Excuse my ignorance, please. The use of sprites still looks cool though. (Did you mean the one with the psi fields is deep six, or the installation one stated by blender is deep six?).
